The Confidence in a Guarantee

How confident are you in your product or service?
 
Are you confident enough to put a guarantee in writing?
 
Are you willing to give money back to a customer or client if they are not happy?
 
Even if the product or service has completely been consumed and used?
 
If your product or service was just not a good fit are you willing to have that customer walk away still feeling good about your company in some shape or form?
 
This topic came up for discussion during a recent Victory Circles Facilitator Training.  As with many topics that surround the ongoing growth of a business, this topic simply had not been thought about before.  What it came down to, were we willing to put our money where our mouth was when it came to the value that we provided to our members.
