Victory Circles, In a Nutshell
The Victory Circles came together as most businesses do, through a culmination of ideas. These ideas began around the idea of creating a "special" group, a Master Mind group, for Women Entrepreneurs. 
Why? Because the truth told, most women who are operating a business can most likely survive without the support of others, but it’s a lot more work, and not half as much fun.
In January 2006, Cheri Ruskus, an Entrepreneur and Business Coach decided to move forward this idea with the encouragement of a few of her entrepreneurial colleagues. Together, they brain stormed on what would make the perfect "support" group. Here is the winning formula that was created in March of that year and has been refined with time since then...
- A small intimate group of no more than 20 (at the most) like-minded entrepreneurial women.
- The group meets in person one time a month over the course of a two-hour meal.
- A trained and qualified Business Facilitator moves each Circle forward.
- Each woman in the group would be there to give just as much as she received. Some months less and some more, just depending on what she has to give.
- Meeting formats are based around the varied aspects of the mastermind principals.
- Networking is not forced, it happens naturally while building relationships with others. The result of this has been high quality, seamless networking happening, again, naturally.
- The creation of Victory Buddies, individual buddies to help implement particular goals - from working out on a regular basis to achieving new successes in your business.
- Several teleconferences a month, held during a "Wednesday Wisdoms" format. This includes business topics and even a business book club.
