My sister has a plaque that hangs on the wall of her home. She says she has had it for years but it just came into
my radar as our families shared Thanksgiving Dinner together last week.
The plaque reads:
Three Wise Women would have…
Asked Directions,
Arrived on Time,
Helped deliver the baby,
Cleaned the stable,
Made a casserole,
Brought practical gifts and
There would be Peace on Earth
I love the sentiment! Simple yet so true! It is just the way a good deal of us…like to roll!
In this December issue of Victory Woman Magazine we look at the way we give and receive, most pointedly as women entrepreneurs. Our focus in the Victory Circles for the month of December is the Master Mind Principal of Practicing the Golden Rule of Human Conduct, which is about giving vs. always receiving. With that in mind I gave the task to most of our writers this month to write about giving. Very interesting to read our insights from how we live within our Super Woman status to opening ourselves up to fully receive. By allowing the give to happen from the receive component, we actually give back to others as well as ourselves.
